Guarantee. We're offering low deposits, balance payments near the time
of your holiday and flexible reservation rescheduling if required due to
Coronavirus government guidelines.
Coronavirus booking guarantee terms
The following terms apply under our Coronavirus Booking Guarantee. You
will need to agree to these terms when you make your booking.
Low deposit
A non-refundable low deposit of 30% is payable at time of booking.
Glamping balance payment
Your balance payment for the full amount will be due 30 days before your
holiday. This is so we can monitor the situation and be sure that your
holiday will go ahead.
'Flexible rebooking policy'
If your booking has to be cancelled due to Coronavirus government
restrictions or you having to self-isolate then we are happy to change
your dates to equivalent ones up to twice until the end of 2021. You
must notify Dogwood Glamping by 12 noon on the day prior to the start
of your holiday if you wish to make use of this flexible rebooking
policy. If you do not notify us by this time it will be assumed that you
are going ahead with your holiday and therefore the flexible booking
policy will no longer apply. In that event if you do not subsequently
check in on the holiday start day, the full payment will be forfeited
and no refunds will be made, in line with the terms of this guarantee. This flexible rebooking policy is only available for
cancellations related to Coronavirus restrictions. Flexible rebooking is
not available for cancellations related to weather or any other reason.
Glamping cancellations
If you fail to pay the balance by 30 days prior to your holiday start
date, your deposit will be deemed as forfeited and your booking will be
cancelled. In this case the flexible rebooking policy will no longer
apply. Due to the flexible rebooking policy, the low deposit and late
balance payments no refunds are available on any monies paid, whether
deposit or balance.
In the unlikely event of units not being available due to fire, flood or
other unforeseen circumstances, Dogwood Glamping cannot accept liability
or responsibility for any loss, but any monies paid towards your booking
will be refunded within 14 days.
