Guarantee. We're offering low deposits, balance payments near the time
of your holiday and flexible reservation rescheduling if required due to
Coronavirus government guidelines.
Coronavirus booking guarantee terms
The following terms apply under our Coronavirus Booking Guarantee. You
will need to agree to these terms when you make your booking.
A low deposit of 20% is payable at time of booking.
Glamping balance payment
Your balance payment for the full amount will be due 10 days before your
holiday. This is so we can monitor the situation and be sure that your
holiday will go ahead.
Flexible rebooking policy
If your booking has to be cancelled due to Coronavirus government
restrictions or you having to self-isolate then we are happy to change
your dates up to twice within the space of 18 months from the date of
booking. This flexible rebooking policy is only available for
cancellations related to Coronavirus restrictions. Flexible rebooking is
not available for cancellations related to weather or any other reason.
If you fail to pay the balance by 10 days prior to your holiday start
date, your deposit will be deemed as forfeited and your booking will be
cancelled. For cancellations NOT related to Coronavirus restrictions the
following terms will apply....
30 days’ notice or longer - 90% refunded
15 - 29 days’ notice - 50% refunded
14 days or less notice - No refund
In the unlikely event of units not being available due to fire, flood or
other unforeseen circumstances, Dogwood Glamping cannot accept liability
or responsibility for any loss, but any monies paid towards your booking
will be refunded within 14 days.
